Another day waking up super tired after 9 hours of sleep. What can I do to make sure that I feel rested after 9 hours instead of feeling like i only slept 4? This problem needs to be fixed.

Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup |
Besides my sleeping problems, the day went rather well. My family and I went to one of my favorite restaurants in New Jersey called Noodlelicious. This restaurant provides authentic Taiwanese cuisine. The menu is small, but offers a lot of traditional Taiwanese side dishes along with the main attraction: Taiwanese style beef noodle soup. While the drink selection is very limited, the food more than makes up for it. I haven't tried any of the other noodles that they offer since I love their beef noodle soup so much, but I'm sure they taste great as well. The restaurant is kind of tiny, so it's almost always full with people waiting by the door to be seated. However, the waitresses are very efficient in getting people's orders and delivering them to the tables quickly so the wait is never really that long. Considering I am Taiwanese and have eaten some of the best beef noodle soups in Taiwan, the beef noodle soup here ranks as one of the best I've ever tasted. I think that that says a lot.

The rest of the day was just spent going to all the asian supermarkets my parents usually go to on Saturdays. Surprisingly it was very warm today. By warm, I mean no jacket warm. The highest I saw it get today was 66 degrees. It's January and it got up to 66 degrees. Global warming must really be taking its toll on Earth. I can't complain though, seeing that I really enjoy the nice weather. The night is still young though, so I will be out hanging with some friends in a little bit. Although my day started late, I think I'm getting the best out of it. Time to do a little bit more relaxing before I head out. You know what that means... TV show catch up. Later!
