| Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup |
Known for it's beef noodle soup, this Taiwanese restaurant in NJ delivers great authentic Taiwanese food with reasonable pricing. The menu is small, but offers a lot of traditional Taiwanese side dishes along with the main attraction: Taiwanese style beef noodle soup. While the drink selection is very limited, the food more than makes up for it. I haven't tried any of the other noodles that they offer since I love their beef noodle soup so much, but I'm sure they taste great as well. The restaurant is kind of tiny, so it's almost always full with people waiting by the door to be seated. However, the waitresses are very efficient in getting people's orders and delivering them to the tables quickly so the wait is never really that long. Considering I am Taiwanese and have eaten some of the best beef noodle soups in Taiwan, the beef noodle soup here ranks as one of the best I've ever tasted. I think that that says a lot.

My first experience here can be defined as satisfying. What struck me the most was the beautiful interior design of this restaurant. Everything seemed to be clean and very authentic. It was simply beautiful for a lack of better words. Though I only tried the Chicken Pad Thai, I would say that the taste of the food was one of the best I've had at a Thai restaurant. The only downside would be that the noodles were a little oily, but definitely not too much where it isn't unbearable. The Thai Iced Tea wasn't too sweet and was enjoyable to drink. The menu had a lot to offer. There were so many options that it would take me a long time to try every single dish. The pricing was reasonable for the amount of food that was given. The atmosphere was very nice and is one of the things that sets this Thai restaurant apart from other Thai restaurants that I have been to. Overall, this place provides a fine dining experience that will leave you with a satisfied mouth, eyes, and wallet.
