This drama was directed and produced beautifully. The acting was so good that multiple actos won awards for their acting. It is quite an intense drama based on a manhwa by Huh Young-man. It's set in Seoul, Korea during the Japanese colonial era of the 1930's. If you dislike anything sad, then this drama would not be a good choice for you. It's also quite a lengthy drama at 28 episodes long. I would recommend anyone who is short on time to save watching this drama until you have more free time. This drama will definitely pull and tear at your emotions so come prepared. While I really liked the drama (like many people), the ending didn't suit my taste. However, it is a "good" ending. Just remember though, good endings can be happy or sad, and there are also variations on happiness and sadness. In the end, this is definitely a well-written, directed, and produced drama. I highly recommend watching it.

If you're looking for a fun drama to watch, this is a great drama. With a somewhat novel idea of a romance that defies "time," this drama was able to keep my interest whilst watching 4 dramas at once. The acting is great and there was always something that kept you on your toes throughout the whole drama. Whether you're looking for a different kind of drama, or just a fun carefree drama with some seriousness, this drama hits the spot.
